When will my order be processed?
When you place an order with Cavaletluggage.com, your order is processed the same or next business day- A processed order means your information has been entered into our system and your order has been sent to the warehouse for shipping.

Once your order has shipped, your shipper tracking number is then entered into the system, you will receive an email with your updated tracking information for you to track your order and your payment is captured completing your order.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Cavaletluggage.com will only charge sales tax on any orders that ship to Illinois or California. 

Do I quality for free ground shipping?
All orders totaling $99.00 or above, qualify for free ground shipping. Please note, order total is calculated after any discounts are applied.

I ordered the wrong item, can I exchange or return the item?
Please visit our returns/refund policy for full information.

What did I order last time?
If you would like to see your order history with us, simply create an account the first time you purchase. By creating an account, you will be able to check your order history/status at any time by simply logging into your account.

*Please note, any order placed prior to creating your account will not be tracked by your account. Order history/tracking is only available when creating a customer account and tracks all order history from that point on.
